Belagavi : Union Road Transport and Highway Minister Nitin Gadkari will flag off to five national highway new project in Belagavi district at District Stadium at 10.30am on Monday.
The total estimated cost of the project is Rs 3,972crore which could construct 238km length road.
The projects are :
- Six-lane 40km road between Belagavi and Sankeshwar.
- 37.83km by-pass road from Sankeshwar to Maharashtra border.
- 69km double road between Sanklin and Jamboti.
- 80km length road between Muragundi and Vijayapur. And
- 11.62km length road between Siddapur and Vijayapur.
Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, Belagavi BJP MP Mangala Angadi will present to the inaugural function.
